How do I register for my student image gallery?

To register for the student gallery you will need to be logged into the website. You can then register your Student ID codes for each child attending the school via the following link:

Can I add multiple poses to one photo package?

Multiple ‘poses’ will be available for each student. However only one pose may be selected within a photo package.  There are however a wide range of packages available so you can mix and match if you would like to purchase more than one pose.

My product has a digital product how do I access my download?

Some products also contain a downloadable element, which you can access immediately after placing your order via the following link or by navigating to the downloads tab in the menu:

My child’s images are not appearing in my gallery?

If you have received an email to say that image galleries have been uploaded and you can not see any of your child’s images it is likely that you have registered the incorrect student code, you can correct the code by clicking on the “Add student codes” button on the gallery page.

If you are unsure of your child’s Student ID code, please email me with your child’s name and class and I can assist in registering the correct code.

Why do I need to register on the website?

If you register on the website you will receive a notification when your child’s secure image gallery is ready for ordering. If you have not registered you will not have access to online ordering.


What is my child’s ‘student ID’?

The student ID is the unique code given to your child when enrolling with the school, if you are unsure of your child’s code, please contact the school directly for assistance.


Do I need to return an envelope with my child on photo day?

No, all ordering is via a secure online gallery. You will have one week after your child’s school photo day to register for their gallery. Photos will be taken of all students on photo days irrespective of whether you have registered, however you will not receive a gallery for online ordering if you have not registered.

Can I still order photos after school photo day?

You will not be able to order unless you have registered for your image gallery.

Registration cut off is the end of the week following School photo day. Once you have registered for a gallery an email will be sent out when school photos have been uploaded and are ready for ordering.

Orders placed after the bulk order dates will incur a $12.50 postage and handling fee for printed photo packages as they will be mailed to your nominated address rather than distributed via the school.

Bulk order dates will be provided in an email after you have registered for your child’s image gallery.

I have children at more than one campus. How do I place an order?

You will need to register in your gallery for each child irrespective of which campus they are photographed at. Please make sure that each child is registered by their registration cut off, which will be one week after their school photo day.

*Discounts for parents with three or more children will only be applied if all packages are placed in one order.

How do I order a sibling photo(i.e. photo of my children together)?

You will need to pay a booking deposit if you would like a sibling photo of your children to be taken on the school photo day. The school will provide the dates for the sibling photos which may not be the same day as the individual portraits.

You will receive and email notification once your sibling photo gallery is ready for ordering.

Please note that photos will only be taken of siblings who have paid a booking deposit before their sibling school photo day.

For parents with children at more than one campus an opportunity will be given to choose which campus you would like to have your children’s sibling photos taken at.

Is it possible to order photos additional to those in the packages?

No, by offering a high-resolution digital download, families have the option of printing further photos. Please contact me directly if you would like me to recommend a professional printing lab.


What methods of payment do you accept?

I currently accept the following Credit/Debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What if I am unable to pay online via credit/debit card?

Ordering/payment can be done on laptop, computer or any other mobile device that has internet access either via wifi or mobile data. If you are unable to use any of these methods, please contact me directly. At the moment I will not be accepting any cash payments.

Do you offer refunds?

If you are unhappy with the quality of photos received, I will endeavour to resolve your concerns to the best of my ability. However, if you are still not satisfied, I will provide a full refund for any products purchased.

I have 3 or more children at the same school. Do I get a family discount?

Yes. If you have 3 or more children you are eligible for a 15% discount. Your discount will automatically be applied at the checkout if you have placed orders for 3 or more children. Discounts do not apply to the sibling package or sibling digital download, nor to individual class photos.


Where can I find the dates and other information for school photo days?

You should have received communication directly from your school regarding school photo days. 

*You will need to pay a deposit for your sibling photos before your school photo day.

You will need to have registered for your child’s online gallery by one week at the latest after your child’s school photo day. If you have not registered for your gallery you will not receive a student gallery for online ordering.

Student galleries will be ready about two weeks after you school photo day. You will receive an email notification when the gallery is ready for ordering.

What if my child is absent from school on photo day?

A catch-up photo day may be possible for your school but can’t be guaranteed. If this is not possible and you have made a deposit for sibling photos, a full refund will be provided.

Are all photos taken outside as advertised?

We will endeavour to take all portrait and class photos outside. However, it is possible that weather conditions may determine that photos will be taken inside.

When will I receive my photos?

Printed photo packages will be distributed via the school 4 weeks after bulk school photo orders have been placed. When student galleries are ready for online ordering you will receive an email notification with order cut off dates.
